Overall the property is excellent, we have a great stay during out 3 nights visit during our business trip. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is great, not too far away from the MRT (About 1.1km) and you can easily ask the Front desk helps to book a Taxi for you. They have the facilities that open 24hours at B1 and even free laundry & dryer !!!

A wonderful boutique hotel with well thought out amenities and relaxing ambience. Attentive staff and management. Good dining room with a small but beautiful zen garden with waterfall and pond. Large and comfy bed. Beverage and snacks available at the guest lounge. Nice touches throughout. Highly recommend.

I love the decoration of the hotel themes and beautiful gardens. The staff is very friendly, they also provide snacks and drinks all day long. Facilities with free laundry service pool table and the gym although I didn't use it. The room is very big, bigger than normal rooms. Overall, I enjoy to stay at this hotel.

Extremely helpful staff. Easily arranged transportation to see sights in area as well as Taipai. Wonderful and generous breakfast covered multiple tastes. Convenient for airport whilst in the heart of New Tiapai.

The hotel is pretty new. Everything was clean and shiny. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. You have everything you need in the room: fridge, water heater, blow dryer, robes, slippers, etc. Staff are polite but stay out of your way unless you ask them for help. There are free snacks and drinks in the lobby. The B1 has nice area for cardio machines, large TV, and DIY laundry.

The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were huge not just for Taiwan but any country. The furniture was so classy and stylish. The lounge with free soft drinks and snacks was lovely. This is still a fair way from the airport but definitely a lovely last night before flying out. It is also in a lovely family friendly suburb and there is a large 7-11 with great food options and plenty of tables. A shame we only stayed 1 night. Staff all spoke English really well too.

Immaculate very well decorated Hotel rooms and General facilities. Very modern and clean throughout the hotel. Location fantastic, very easy access to center of city as well as to airport Staff went out of their way to make stay comfortable. Special thanks to the manager who has fostered such6a a friendly and caring staff

bedding is comfortable and clean, and room service is daily. The best of the room is the natural light in the bathroom. The hotel is located inside an alley which is quiet and easy to get different types of food and restaurants within walking distance.

Exceptionally clean, the room was quite spacious and the staff very forthcoming. We stayed with a baby and found this place quite suitable for us. extra perk was the free use of washer+dryer
